DUE TO THE CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS OF EMROIDERY, PRINTNG & ENGRAVING CREATED FOR EACH PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCT PURCHASED, WE CAN NOT OFFER REFUNDS RETURNS UNDER ACCIDENTAL ORDERS AND/OR MIS-PURCHASES OR REGRETS IN THE PURCHASE DECISION.   

We at AmericanChristian.Life want to provide the best experience possible and offer full transparency on our Webstore’s Gift-Shoppe Refund Policies, instructions and TOS Terms Of Service. And we ask each customer to understand their purchase is a custom print-on-demand product of their selection. Whence payment is received, and the sale is finalized, the process of creation cannot be reversed making the sale final. Of course, in life rare circumstances arise and if a mistakes, accidents or other mishaps occur and our dedication is to make the process as simple, straight forward and transparent, so we can both mutually agree on the terms before sales are finalized.

AmericanChristian.Life assures each of customers we regularly sample several of the products from our own Webstores for quality control measures. We have found the products to be accurately described and the printing, engraving and embroidery work to be extremely high-quality and representative of the computer mock-up images generated by the drop-shipping and customization company we utilize, that are displayed on each product page.

Exchanges & Replacements

REPLACEMENT FOR A FLAWED PRODUCT

TO RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT FOR A FLAWED PRODUCT, FLAWED PRINTING, FLAWED ENGRAVING OR FLAWED EMBROIDERY, within 30 days of purchase email us the order number found on you purchase confirmation email with a photograph of the flawed image and the name of the product from your purchase order you are claiming is flawed.  Email us at the address below with the words FLAWED PRODUCT REFUND in the subject line.  When we can verify the flaw, we will promptly send a replacement at no charge. 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

REMEDY FOR PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING –

If an item you purchased is received that was damaged during shipping, please follow the damage claim process at the delivery courier.  Typically, the shipper is the USPS or FedEx, and is identified on the outside of the package. Though these recognized couriers are known for their reliability, accidents can happen; we recommend having your purchase receipt, any tracking information and numbers, and photographs documenting the damage to your purchased product and the damage to the exterior of the packaging at the ready if this rare instance needs to be claimed to the shipping courier. 

Refunds

 

REFUND FOR A FLAWED PRODUCT

TO RECEIVE A REFUND FOR A FLAWED PRODUCT, FLAWED PRINTING, FLAWED ENGRAVING OR FLAWED EMBROIDERY, within 30 days of purchase email us the order number found on you purchase confirmation email with a photograph of the flawed image and the name of the product from your purchase order you are claiming is flawed.  Email us at the address below with the words FLAWED PRODUCT REFUND in the subject line.  When we can verify the flaw, we will promptly refund your full purchase price for that specific product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
